23 Skidoo is a campaign frame that predates Classic: Time Travel by several years. The setting allows actual time travel but under the plastic with high resistance mechanic. Sideslipping is this setting's version of parachronic travel.

The worlds are named after the letters of the Greek Alphabet.

  • Alpha (2006): Diverged 1991. Variant of Homeline that had a limited nuclear war in 1992. Sideskipping revealed 1999 though known for nearly a decade.
  • Beta (1878): Roma Aeterna
  • Gamma (1994): Reich-5
  • Delta (1943): Aeolus. "Alpha supports the Republicans." TL6
  • Epsilon (1684): Diverged during the early caliphate resulting in Islam dominating the Western World. scientific revolution occurred in the 10th century and has colonized several other star systems. Appears to be a proto version of Caliph.
  • Zeta (2000?): psionic version of Ming-3
  • Eta (2055): Diverged with Alexander the Great. Post-disaster reality with TL9 or 10 remnants that are 100 years old.
  • Theta (1984): Dixie-1
  • Iota (1612): Diverged with Marco Polo whose actions resulted in a Christian Mongol Khanate that rules most of Eurasia but is having problems with its own Reformation. TL4.
  • Kappa (NA): Dinosaurs did not die out 65 million years ago. TL0
  • Lambda (1840): Ezcalli
  • Mu (1993): Post global nuclear holocaust world that allows people and things to sideslip in or out without warning.
  • Nu (1965): Gernsback, TL variable (6-13)
  • Xi (1715): Diverged with she Spanish Armada succeeded in 1588 (it is clearly different from Armada-2). TL4
  • Omicron (1970): "Society is based loosely on Icelandic semi-anarchy; the nation-state collapsed as an institution centuries ago. Original change point unclear due to unreliable records." TL7.
  • Pi: Explorers from Gamma and Zeta have failed to return from this timeline.
  • Rho (1894): Diverged with reforms of 1763 giving American colonies a voice in Parliament. Victorian British Empire presides over the world. TL5-6.
  • Sigma (1800 BC?): Cretan matriarchy one of few civilized areas in TL1 world.
  • Tau (1923): 1908 meteorite destroyed St. Petersburg instead of Tunguska, plunging Russia into anarchy.
  • Upsilon (1932): Complex political balance of Celtic overseas colonies, Teutonic-dominated Egypt and Khazar Empire. History shows signs of tampering by time travelers. TL6
  • Phi (1981): Proto-Cornwallis "American revolution crushed in 1778. Stagnant European monarchies challenged by revolutionary democrats in Russia." TL6.
  • Chi (2015): Shikaku-Mon
  • Psi (1877): Diverged with Turkish invasion of Italy in 1480s. Ottoman Empire dominates most of Europe.
