Buying the "Advantage" enhancement (10% per +1 character point) for Affliction (advantage)

officially, you purchase the Advantage or Disadvantage enhancement for the metatrait that you can inflict.

For example:

Super Sam can make someone go blind, or he can make them really tough, or both. He takes Affliction with Disadvantage (Blindness, +50%) and Advantage (High Pain Threshold, +100%) and Selectivity (+20%). Expensive, but versatile.

Dr. Crazy can inject someone with a drug that makes them really tough, but blind as a bat (a 40-point metatrait). He takes Affliction with Disadvantage (Metatrait: Tough Blind Guy, +40%). Much cheaper, but not versatile at all.

I made a ruling that one of my players could take a zero-point feature that doesn't normally apply to his race as a Perk, so I'd make the same ruling here. Treat each one as a Perk (Advantage, +10%) and sure, go nuts

is it reasonable to make a beneficial infliction that improves someones dexterity, at the same cost for giving an advantage?

PK

Yes, that's fine. There's no balance issues and no thematic issues in using Advantage to add attribute bonuses.
