This is an adaptation of other material to GURPS

The GURPS Magi-Nation Bestiary is a "translation of the creatures found on the Magi-Nation collectible card game on GURPS terms, forming a fantasy bestiary suited for many medieval-fantasy games composed of non-standard monsters and antagonists."

Sadly the work added in an unnecessary Level (Hit Location) table rather then simply using the Damage Resistance advantage with relevant enchantments and limitations.

Also it was stated on the page this was originally on that "GURPS is notorious for not having any (good) fantasy bestiary sourcebook, leaving GMs with the arduous task of creating hundreds of monsters on their own."

What one considers a "good" fantasy bestiary sourcebook is a matter of personal opinion. Other then being Classic just what is not "good" about GURPS Fantasy Bestiary with its "more than 250 fantasy animals and plants" or GURPS Creatures of the Night with its additional 67 creatures? Since these two Bestiaries used statblocks rather then character points a GM can ignore the PD stat add 3 to Dodge when relevent and effectively use them as is in 4e.

Yes, there are going to be a few klukers but that is true of any Bestiary for any system. For example, AD&D1's Fiend Folio gave us the Sheet Ghoul (lampooned in an episode of Reboot as "killer laundry") and Lave Children who looked like Alfred E. Neuman and thanks to their permanent smile gave a whole new meaning to the phrase 'they died with a smile on their lips' along with the IMHO much better Penanggalan.

The stats given for every creature in GURPS Creatures of the Night are ST, DX, IQ, HT, Move/Dodge, Weight, Damage, Reach, Origin, and Habitat. What more could one want in a bestiary? Never mind it came out in 1990 and was last updated in 2003.

The GURPS Magi-Nation Bestiary is an excellent addition to the game but to claim that the reason it exists is there are no "good" fantasy bestiary sourcebooks for GURPS with no criteria as to what makes up a good fantasy bestiary sourcebook makes one sound ignorant of what officially is available for the game and is still effectively usable as is in 4e resulting in a solution looking for a problem.
