introduced in GURPS Martial Arts: Technical Grappling it is a ST-based parry against grappling, instead of skill-based (normally DX-based). It is part of the Muscling It rules on pg 26.
The problem with this is that strength/DX penalties are either/or, even though they ought to be complementary.
