GURPS Powers: Divine Favor pg 15, special modifier for Healing for "Lay on Hands (Enhanced)"
This is essentially a Limited Limitation: Powers 51 introduced Capped which had two numbers this would fall somewhere in-between:
- -20% for 4 FP
- -15% for 6 FP
Presumably a cap of 5 would fall somewhere between -16 and -19 normally.
In this case it is -5% though: less than 1/3 the discount one would expect to see.
That is because it only applies to HP restoration and not other aspects of what healing can do, which is cure diseases.
LOHE has a Limited Enhancement which can be informative here: "Reduced Fatigue Cost 5, Disease Only, +60%;"
RFC5 is normally +100% so this is applying the -40% of Disease Only (from B59) to those enhancements.
