Cancel Spells is a variant of Neutralize on S20. It uses Disruption just like Dispel Magic and Remove Curse/

Unlike canceling Spells rule (1 FP per spell) this costs 1 FP for unlimited number of spells: It allows "one or more" because it does not have one spell at a time like Remove Curse does.

Note S9:

All Buff-granted advantages should have the Magical limitation (p. 13), to reflect that they stop working in no-mana areas and can be dispelled. This isn’t “double-dipping” – the Affliction itself is magical and it grants a magical advantage.

Problem[]

This states "works on spells that are immune to Dispel Magic" but lacks the Can dispel spells that are immune to Dispel Magic cosmic enhancement that is required for Neutralize to do so, per Remove Curse.

This may mean that the Immune to Dispel Magic enhancement is something you can retroactively waive when it is your own spell.

Normally enhancements are fixed on a spell after they are used though.

This could be related to how normal magic can fail to maintain AE, effectively dropping some levels of Area Effect. Emulating that in Powers is unclear though
