B230 and B371 refer to B404, for Judo or Wrestling. Initially required behind behind the opponent.
MA69 expands to weapons too, introduces 'chin tuck' defense, introduces carotid "blood" chokes to target FP. The default version is a tracheal "air" choke. Also allows choke holds to be applied from the front at a -1 penalty. Still presumably illegal from the sides.
MA119 allow "Inflicting Pain with Locks" instead of HP or FP damage, generating affliction (B428) based on how many points of injury.
Refers to B436 for Suffocation rules.
Douglas Cole quote[]
http://forums.sjgames.com/showpost.php?p=515756&postcount=8 suggests perhaps doing the x4 brain injury multiplier to HP damage suffered from a carotic choke reducing FP below 0.
