powers 48 enhancement for Duplication
it's 60% value includes the the 20% for No Sympathetic Injury (B51) so it might be perceived as having merely a 40% value if it was going to be codified separately.
It increases the cost per level from 35 to 56.

Allies (B37) has a 5 point base cost for a character with 100% point total.
B36's Frequency of Appearance multiplier for "constantly" is x4, increasing the base to 20 points.
Adding +50% for Minion and +100% for Summonable increases the cost to 35 points.
This wouldn't even require FP to use and it's cheaper (Duplication would probably also need to buy "Duplicated Gear")! This makes it a much better option except it has some drawbacks that Duplication w/ Construct does not:
- 1) not gaining the memories of absorbed dupes
- 2) summoned allies do not appear instantaneously, the GM decides how long, modifiers affecting time are considered inappropriate
- 3) killed summonable new allies can't be replaced for a full day, whereas constructs can be instantly replaced as needed so long as the FP cost is paid

25 April 2017 there was a proposal that +200% (10 levels) of Reduced Fatigue Cost rather than being added to +60% to cost a total of +260%, be applied to the enhancement (an enhanced enhancement) changing it to +180% (triple cost) instead.
There was some disagreement over which approach was fair.
