Control allows the shaping and movement of a particular category of matter, energy, or force (your “element”).

  • Common (20 points/level):
  • Occasional (15 points/level): Ceramics (including glass), Ferrous Metals, Ice, Steam, Stone, most forms of energy, etc
  • Rare (10 points/level): Brick, Iron, Paper, or Rubber, etc

P20 uses Control Teleportation on p7 declares Does not increase area of effect to be worth -50% on any extra levels that buy it.

  • it also defines Only increases area of effect as -50% as well
  • it also for some reason gives the Emanation discount, even though that is designed for use with already-Ranged attacks and this does NOT apply to Control unless it takes the Ranged enhancement

Control (Psi) is proposed too and it specializes by power:

The Weird[]

pg 25 of The Weird has "Scale Alteration" which allows "Size" to be an option. -30% resulting in Control 1 for 14 points means the base cost must be 20 points, meaning "Size" is "Common"
