Converting the 10 FP cost of Duplication's Construct enhancement would be worth -50%, perhaps that should only be applied to the enhancement rather than the core ability as Limited Enhancements? This would mean a net +30% rather than net +10%

note that instead of taking "Costs HP 2, -20%" where it costs 2 HP to turn on an ability and 1 HP per additional minute, you could take Temporary Disadvantage: Dependency:
- Very Common (5) + Constantly (x5) for -25%, and this would merely be 1 HP/min that could be mitigated by something available almost anywhere.
- Rare (30) + Monthly (x1) would also be worth -30% and only cost 1 HP per day, which could be mitigated for an entire month after consuming something rare.
