Cultural Familiarity [1 or 2] is an mundane mental advantage that means you are familiar with cultures other than your own (which is free), and do not suffer the -3 penalty for unfamiliarity. It is at a very broad level such as East Asian, Muslim, or Western. "A single nation would have to be very different to merit its own Cultural Familiarity. "

  • same (or very similar) race: 1/per (leveled perk)
  • alien culture: 2/per

Cultural Adaptability is x10 the costs (10 for all cultures of race, 20 for all cultures of world regardless of race: Xeno-Adaptability, not to be confused with Xenophilia).

  • It's cinematic since it's potentially giving a far greater value than merely 10 extra familiarities.
