Debt 10 is the concept of buying 10 levels of the Debt disadvantage on B26.
This number is notable because it requires a monthly payment of 10% of your starting wealth.
For an Average character (B25) this is the standard starting wealth level.
"10% of the campaign’s average starting wealth" is what 1 character point can purchase via Trading Points for Money.
This basically sets a guideline as to a -10 disadvantage causing a loss of 1 character point per month.
Corruption (H147) has a similar function (100 points of corruption, for comparison, is also worth -10 points)
Corruption only converts to negative CP on a failed weekly will roll (amassing lots penalizes that)
Corruption converts to negative at 25:1 so 100 only converts to 4.
The reason why it is worth more points than this is probably because of the Reaction Penalty which exists. There is a -4 Reaction to Corruption 100.
Pricing is not given for that. -4 has a base -20 but that assumes almost everyone (unlikely) and all the time, it could range down to 1/9 (small class 1/3 occasionally 1/3) worth only 2 points.
Secret Disadvantage is not multiplicative like Secret Advantage but rather a static -5 which complicates it's comparison here. It's also not functionally the same: the disadvantage that corruption morphs into does not actually affect the character until they morph.
