Kali or Dhala. Take your pick
Dhala is both the name of a space faring people and the goddess they worship.
Their religion is built around the belief in a cycle of creation and destruction (Riksa).
The problem is the Dhala believe the universe has entered the entropy and final destruction stage and it is their divine mission to accelerate this process so the next stage (a new creation) occurs. This belief is so strong that most of the creative aspects Dhala had have been forgotten and what few still remain are downplayed.

Dhala is effectively an alien version of Kali only the corpse Dhala has her foot on is that of the universe.
