William the Orange didn't reach England in 1688 resulting in France (and Catholicism) to dominate the world. However in 1906, Benedetto Croce published Res Publica which outlined a government based on that of the old Roman Republic and Greece. The work resulted in a series of rebellions and the formation of the Republican Alliance who use airplanes to defend themselves and expand their influence.
