Fit is a mundane physical advantage comes in two levels:
- Fit (5 points): Get +1 to all HT rolls; recover FP at twice the normal rate.
- Very Fit (15 points): Get +2 to all HT rolls; lose FP at half the normal rate as well as recover FP at twice the normal rate

This advantages has no effect on FP used to power psi or magic spells.
