Flagrant Aura is a Quirk (-1/level) for characters with Magery. Your magical power is instantly recognizable to those who can sense such things--those using the Aura spell will see your aura brightly and obviously, while those with a relevant Detect advantage will gain a bonus to Perception. Anything detecting your magic or aura has a +3/level bonus to do so.
In settings where magic detection is particular rare, this may not quite qualify as a Quirk. Reverse-wise, this may count as a full Disadvantage (-X/level) for campaigns where stealth is important and cunning mages are everywhere...
