Floor Lunge was a maneuver/technique for fencers found on pg 48 of 3e's GURPS Martial Arts.
It was more dramatic than the basic Lunge (technique) found later, and is a closer match for what 4e designed as All-Out Attack (Long) or Great Lunge.
