Note[]

  • This replaces GURPS Classic Bio-Tech as it was expanded to cover medicine, drugs, magic, and new technologies. "Some entries were introduced in GURPS Space, GURPS Robots, and the Transhuman Space series."
  • GURPS Bio-Tech's phrase "individuals who have undergone eugenic gengineering at conception" is a clear typo that indicates a possible common confusion between "eugenic engineering" and "genetic engineering."
    • Eugenic engineering is breeding desired traits; toy poodles and yellow carrots are the products of eugenic engineering. Genetic engineering on the other hand involves direct manipulation of the genes. The Glow-In-The-Dark cat is a prime example of this, as there's no natural way to get a cat and a jellyfish to breed
