GURPS Lite is a free PDF that covers the basic rules of GURPS.
Existing for both 4th and 3rd edition this work distills the rules in the Basic Set down to 32 pages.
It lists some of the advantages, disadvantages, and skills. GURPS Lite can be used as a standalone product without the Basic Set, however it only offers a 'lite' version of the GURPS rules; for example, it cuts out Very Hard skills entirely.
