Improvised Shields

Improvised Shields are discussed on GURPS High-Tech p. 17 and (in more detail) GURPS Low-Tech p. 114. Where Improvised Weapons often have a penalty to skill or damage, improvised shields have reduced DR and may not protect the fingers.
