Infectious is a 0-point feature allowing a creature--usually a zombie--to transmit their racial template to another creature. Infected targets aren't enemies or allies--they'll provide a level of fodder for common enemies (such as Hardened Survivors), but will also use the same resources (such as brains).
This is a common trait among B-Movie Ghouls.
