There is no "Insanity" per say in GURPS though some mental disadvantages could fall under the term especially if the Self-Control Number is 6 or less/nonexistent:

• Berserk
• Bloodlust
• Delusions
• Lunacy
• Megalomania
• On the Edge
• Overconfidence
