MB4 Mining Machine[]
An MB4 mining machine is an autonomous mining drill and processor that can be deposited on a prospect. The on-board computer has software for making Mechanic (Mining)-14 skill rolls. A fuel cell powers the MB4 for 5 days, which is sufficient to fill the 18-ton cargo hold with ore given optimal conditions.
The MB4 mining machine has a 30-ton (SM+5) unstreamlined hull.
Endurance: The fuel cell operates for 24 hours on internal fuel; then 96 hours on the fuel tank.
