Melee Weapon is the title of a group of limitations written by Christopher R. Rice in his Metatronic Generators article in Pyramid 3/46 on page 18.
It is intended for Innate Attack and bears resemblance to the Melee Attack set of limitations in Basic Set (B112) in that it varies based on the reach of the weapon and whether or not it can parry.
Melee Weapon basically has a value of +25% of what the Reach would give for Melee Attack.
- with one exception: the -5% extra for Cannot Parry is not awarded for the -5% (instead of -30%) reach C if combined with the +0% Throwable option
It's not clear what the +25% buys for non-Throwable kinds.
