Prerequisites: Guns and Riding; cannot exceed lower prerequisite skill.
Mounted Reload is a technique that allows the loader to load a muzzle-loading weapon (like a Muskets)... while mounted! You must specialize by Guns and by Riding specialty!
Gun specialties would be musket and pistol, while most riding specialties would be horse/equines or camelids. Of course, in more far-flung settings, you may encounter mounted musketeers riding massive ratite war birds, raptors, rhinos, or beetles!
You could theoretically learn Mounted Reload for riding dolphins... but if your powder gets wet, you'll be out of luck! (See Water and Firearms)[1]
