The author seemed to have made an addition error as they claim 660 entries but when you add the numbers up you get 760.
While the 247 Referenced from 4e are little more than Source: (book name) it is the other 413/513 entries that are of interest as, given it came out 27 July 2009, they make it one of, if not, the earliest large entry 4e bestiaries.
This early fanwork bestiary uses a variant of the Classic format for its listings which means the Traits information used in 4e's format was not given (hence the Not Determined for Traits). Ideally some information from the Anon's Animal Album can be used to flesh out this section.
