B110 initially defined this as Accessibility class Only in altered body form for -10% and listed "Invisible, Insubstantial, etc"
Fantasy clarifies that the effects of your ability revert when you are no longer in your altered form, but that at halved value, they continue even when you revert.

since OWI is worth the same as Only while visible (price for only while invisible strangely has not been used) this implies Insubstantial Only attacks might be worth the same as a hypothetical Invisible Only attack
- similarly a Not Invisible attack (eg a laser which can't heat up something which light pases through) might be worth the same as a Not Substantial attack (example: you might have a laser which can heat up insubstantial foes but not invisible ones)
- this could help with Partially Exclusive maths
