Poor Grip was a 3e half-way version of Bad Grip. It was effectively what is "Bad Grip 1" in 4e (-2 to DX) while "Bad Grip" is basically what is "Bad Grip 2" in 4e. 3e had no equivalent for the new maximum "Bad Grip 3"
