GURPS Power-Ups 3: Talents supposedly contains every Talent that affect skills published for GURPS as of July 2011. The Power Talents which give a bonus to all success rolls made to activate or use any of the power’s abilities are not included.

Note: despite its name Language Talent is not in the list as its name is a relic from Classic when it did have levels and effected languages (which were skills). In 4e it is a flat 10 points.

Body Control Talent from Martial Arts is not in the list. It might be due to its strange wording or that it only effects one skill.

Talents[]

A Talent is a natural aptitude for a set of closely related skills. They can be used with mundane or psi skills. (B254) Italic costs are based on Smooth Talent Cost which is based on a Talent costing 1 point/level per skill affected, with a minimum cost of 5/level.[1]

"You may never have more than four levels of a particular Talent. However, overlapping Talents can give skill bonuses (only) in excess of +4."[2]

Advantages and Perks are listed elsewhere.
