Although PK named the concept, the concept is also applied in the GURPS Power-Ups series.
Note this is not the same as the Counter Disadvantage mechanic in GURPS Power-Ups 8: Limitations.
Possibly bad approaches
- Reciprocal Limitation (ie limitations designed to counteract existing enhancements)
- Reciprocal Disadvantage (ie disadvantages designed to counteract existing advantages)
The former is already accomplished by Limited Enhancements, the latter is accomplished by Temporary Disadvantage, Shutdown
