Sense-Based is a collection of enhancements (B109) and limitations for Maledictions (B115) in three basic forms commonly seen.
- Sight-Based or Vision-Based
- Hearing-Based
- Touch-Based
- Scent-Based (B70) or Smell-Based (possibly including Taste-Based though that may be discrete)

How this is applied is interesting since it basically has an either/or "reversed" requirement of touch or sight baked in.
-30% melee is used to remove the option to see (touch only) as opposed to -20% for touch-based reversed
P149 has two examples which apply traditional SB limitations
- -20% if target must hear you Linguistic Programming using [[Hearing-b
- -20% if target must see you in Super-Hypnotism
Latter case specifies "requires eye contact; a touch isn’t enough."
Powers: The Weird adds Must be able to speak and Only those who know your language atop Hearing-Based, as Mind Control is inherently a "No Signature" ability so a sound actually needs to be created
