Shrinking

Cost: 5 points/level

Shrinking is an exotic physical advantage that allows you to shrink. Each level of Shrinking lets you change your Size Modifier by -1, at the rate of -1 SM per second.

Special Enhancements[]

  • Affects Others (+50% per person)
  • Can Carry Objects (No encumbrance +10%; Light, +20%; Medium, +50%; Heavy, +100%)
  • Full Damage (+100%)
  • Full DR (+30%)
  • Full HP (+30%)
  • Full Move (+30%)

Alternatives[]

  • Affects Others is not altered for Shrinking: willing subjects
  • Affliction (enhanced with Advantage, Shrinking): unwilling targets

Powers[]

  • P76 Small Size and Combat
  • P143 Diminution
  • 155 uncon
  • P158 suggests Talent altering speed of SM per second (Reliable should too)
  • P167 for doing Power Dodge with it

Rasputin[]

Atom killed him in Legends of Tomorrow by canceling shrinking after being eaten. Someone probably wrote GURPS rules for that.
