This tends toward a Cinematic Rules style. Martial Artist can (and generally do) possess fantastic ability such as clouding the minds of others to be "invisible" (This is how Genma Saotome's hiding technique actually worked and was likely inspired by The Shadow) and being able to manipulate Chi (or Ki) to throw energy blasts and the like.
