Special Rapport is supernatural mental Advantage where you have a super version of Empathy with another person.

  • One-Way (+20%)
  • Transferable ("+100% to affect only your own race; +150% to affect any living being or all Digital Minds; +250% to affect any sapient being, living or machine. Add -50% if the subject must be willing or helpless for the initial attachment.")

  • Specialized (-50%)

  • Mindlink: mental communication with a specific person or group of people
  • Puppet: can possess a particular subject with ease.
  • Empathy: evaluate the general emotional state of just about anyone
