This is regarding an unofficial conversion of another RPG to GURPS

Cost: 450 ([10]+[50]+[28]+[14]+[24]+[28]+[48]+[200]+[48])

This is a conversion of the "Standard Divine Abilities" listed in AD&D1 Deities and Demigods 1e (1980) into GURPS terms.

While that book stated "Unless otherwise specified, all gods and demigods have the following special abilities, above and beyond whatever other abilities are listed:"[1] due to the power level of this meta trait it should be limited to actual deities as demigods generally have enough super abilies without this added to the pile.

The base package assumes IQ 10 + Power Investiture 1 [10] - the lowest level a "deity" can have. Even a minor deity will have higher IQ and the Object of Power meta trait.

Basic Package[]

  • Command ("no saving throw vs. this divine ability"): Mind Control [50]
  • Comprehend languages: Gift of Tongues and Gift of Letters combined (special spell, VH) - 15 [28]
  • Detect alignment: Aura (spell) - 15 [24]
  • Gate: Planar Summons (spell, limited to mythos) - 15 [24]
  • Geas: Great Geas (VH spell) - 15 [28]
  • Quest (no saving throw): Lesser Geas (VH spell) - 20 [48]
  • Teleport: Jumper [100] and Warp [100] — [200]
  • True Seeing: Dark Vision [25] + See Invisible (True Sight, Magical, +50%) [23] — [48]
