Sticking is a cinematic maneuver/technique from Classic.

Technique Name: Sticking
Difficulty: Hard
Prerequisite: Judo at 14+
Default: Judo-2
Maximum: Not given
Damage: attack and parry at +2

It initially did a Judo+2 (plus) to merely touch an opponent (easier to do than a usual grapple) then at Judo-2 (minus) for a quick contest each round to maintain the contact.

It prevented the attacker from dodging (well, it could be done but contact is automatically lost) but gave bonuses to both attack and parry.
