Imperial Japan survives intact into the post war world.
In a timeline where Pearl Harbor happened this is very unlikely as early as Midway (1942) it was clear Imperial Japan could not survive against the power of the United States. The problem was they just couldn't find an exit to the war that kept their honor intact.[1]
In any case Imperial Japan's survival depends on the United State either not getting involved in the war or not going after Japan.
