Triggered Delay (B105) aka Delay, Triggered (P142) is a variation on Delay.
No pricing difference is mentioned regardless of how the trigger works. Homing on B106 requires +% enhancement atop the base 50 for sensory advantages so that's one idea that might be incorporated.
Since the trigger is fixed, you'd need to buy +50% more than once to establish different trigger options (and Selectivity +10% to switch between them) or get +500% Variable Enhancement to be able to reprogram it (unless you have Modular Abilities which would also work)
Horrifying Window[]
H12 takes an approach similar to Followup (which cannot have Afflictions as carriers) where the 1st attack must succeed/penetrade for the 2nd to work.
In this case the two attacks are linked, and the 2nd is triggered by the success of the first.
Onset-10% per B113 is a delay of 1 minute, 1 hour is required to get more.
HW's first component only lasts minutes=margin, and due to the rule of 16 cannot possibly last 60 minutes: the highest MOS skill 16 can generate is 13, and the highest margin of failure that Will 0 can generate is 18, this makes the highest possible margin of victory a sum of 31 points.
This emphasizes differences in concept for triggered delay: something a target is not guaranteed to do (fail a resistance roll) vs the attacker having an 'ignition switch' which is blockable.
