The Dracula in Stoker's novel claims to be a relative, not the original Vlad. No movie version matches all the details in the novel but some come closer then others.

Vlad Drakov, the Darklord of Falkovnia in the Domains of Dread, is (for all intents and purposes) Vlad Tepes Dracula. You will note that Dracula's mental disadvantages of Bully (12), Code of Honor (Warrior), Intolerance (Muslim), and Sadism (12) are far more useful then Neutral Evil.
