Default: DX-5 or DX-6 depending on type of whip

Whips (DX/Average or DX/Hard) is a skill listed under Melee Weapon, Whips and is used with any flexible weapon made from a length of chain, leather, wire, etc.

So: switches, not mandatory "yeah, if you built your character around this, you can't use the new rules without nerfing him" actions.

Well, except for Cloak and Whip. I was given permission to tone those down a priori.
